Numedal Gentlemen "round-coat"
The "round-coat" from Numedal came at the middle of the 1800s when a darker costume was desired. The whole Bunad is in black or blue cloth, but you can get the pants in wool fabric. The vest has a double row of buttons in front. The coat has a row of buttons on each side that traces the collars.
The silver: At the top of the shirt you use neck buttons or a neck pin together with cufflinks. The vest has a double row of six small buttons and a small brass button in the lining. There are six big buttons on each side of the coat. In addition you could have a knife, silver shoe buckles and a time piece with a chain.
